Town accepted agreement between the Town of Clover and the South Shore EMT’s

            Marcia requested the EMT’s review #2 for our June meeting

Discussion on if the agreement needs to be put on our web page under policies and agreements

Frank reported Photo ID’s update.  Jan can come to the new meeting.  Discussion followed.  Group agreed

 

New Bus.

Quilt review: Quilt made by Daniels will be on display.  Frank will take the ambulance to the Herbster gym from 10:00 -2:00 on May 20

 

EMS week: Sometime in May will do an education program. Carrie is in-charge of education at the school. Carrie will do a program on burns and fire safety. Carrie will contact the school for times and date. Date TBA

 

Marcia asked about Reg. for the 4-wheeler.  Laurie will look into it if we need to be reg.

 

Marcia  reported on vests to be worn at the scene.  Discussion followed.  Motion by

Laurie to get 1 med, 1 lg. 1 x-large in Lime green to check on size. 2^nd by Carrie.  Motion carried.  Dennis will order them for the next meeting.

 

Marcia reported on bird flu up-dates.  Check your e-mail for up-dates.

Laurie reported on the ambulance board.  Discussion on Capital improvement plan for getting a new ambulance.  Discussion on budget

 

Training:          Discussion on training and not letting the service short handed.  Put on the message board if you are going to any training or gone.

Up coming cont. Ed.:  Joan reported on cont. ed. Tue. May 23.  sign-up on the message board if you are coming 6:30 -8:30 on Burns at the hall.  Let Joan or Cindy L. know if you have any cont. ed. Ideas.

Herbster Cent. Aug. 5 & 6.  Frank is working on a slide program any EMT’s having photos please see him.  Aug. 6 open house at the ambulance hall.
