Secretary's Report approved as presented in wrting - No treasurer's report

Short WARDS Discussion - mandatory as of 1-1-08 - narratives need to be written in a Word document then cut and pasted into WARDS - "everything" done, observed and why done or not done on the run MUST be documented - we will need to use a different number sequence as numbers cannot be reused year to year in the WARDS system - Marcia will talk to Brian at the Milwaukee (Milwaukee conference attendees will be Marcia, Carrie, Frank, Cindy B) conference about us getting some additional training (about 2 hours)
.- discussion on how many EMTs will actually be doing the entering - nothing decided.

Everyone extremely pleased with the Christmas dinner at Woody's.

Those intending to do weekly ambulance checks will make that announcement on the web message page.

Refresher is complete, but some folks still have certain classes to make up. Marcia needs everyone's refresher completion certificate before June 30. Each EMT should be responsible to get it to her without requests from her!

Radio training will be at the Corny Town Hall February 11 at 7pm

The following will be added to the incentive requirement list: To qualify for the annual incentive all service required training must be completed by completion date requested.
