Present: Marcia, Joan, Dennis, Larry, Tam, Laurie, Frank, Gayle, Cindi B.,Rhonda A Marcia: Handed out and reviewed last month minutes - Approved Tam: Tres. Report $4000.00 for the cot. $425.00 form the Puig Memorial Laurie Reported she changed a date to reflect a fire association date change. Marcia: The cot is in. Everyone needs to watch the video and check off that you watched it. The cot representative will come in and review any questions at the June meeting. Dr. Wesley will be here in May 18 for training at SSAA 9:00 am Larry and Paul are finished with their 1st Responder Training EMS week May 19-23. Plans to do a program at the school 5/20/08. Marcia will look at getting gifts or small trinkets. May 17 Marcia will review the cot with each fire dept. on Be Somebody Saturday May 31 extraction training Port Wing 9-noon. Cleaning date need to set up. Marcia has started a shopping list.  would like someone to purchase necessary items Laurie: Put in for the whole cot through the Hamburger Helper grant Joan: TBI training report. 4 people showed up. Excellent training. Marcia: WARDS review  most services just have a couple folks doing the entering  for now she feels everyone should learn to write a good narrative  not necessarily enter the entire report. Practice seems to be the issue and a lot of saving.
