Marcia called the meeting to order 6:35 p.m.

Old Bus. Marcia: Discussion on washer and dryer working and /or not working. Marcia tried to call the repair person no response.

Discussion on school visit. Things went well.

Herbster Chile Feed June 21. Pete reported that 2 to 5 gal. of chili is needed for the contest and chili cook off. Pete reviewed schedule. Chicken dinner and dance in the evening.

Cont. Ed. Table top exercise at WITC June 12 Sara from Stryker Reviewed cot training from 5:00  6:30 p.m. tonight

Laurie: reviewed HIPPA forms. Make sure you have a witness sign the paper. Laurie will have a folder for the HIPPA forms. We need to remove all the old forms from the ambulance. Laurie will make sure they are changed.

New Bus. Marcia: The radio will be changed at SDC Wed. June 4. The ambulance needs to be at SDC by 9:00 a.m. This should take 2 -3 hours. Marcia will look into some one covering by Washburn and Iron River.

½ year budget (Jan.  June) is going into the town tonight.

New EMS director for the State has been named.

Rescues pods were recommended by Dr. Wesley. They are costly. EMS council might look into a group buy.

Discussion and Review drivers for the ambulance

Discussion on Mike driving the ambulance, 4-wheeler and sled, he is not to be driving EMS. Frank reviewed the drivers cert. in driving the Ambulance. The policy will be reviewed to make sure there is a trailer driving clause as well.

Review the trails is needed with the 4-wheeler
