Present: Cindy B., Marcia S., Pete S., Dennis S., Carrie B., Tam H., Frank K., Rhonda A., Larry B., Joanie W., Laurie G.

Laurie motion to approve min. 2nd By Carrie No Tres. Report

Old Bus. School training reported by Pete. Discussion followed. Communications would have been better w/IC being w/ a base station. Issues w/ BAYTAC1 needs to be corrected. BAYTAC1 is really MARC4 on the ambulance. Pete will check into radio changes.

Marcia handed out the updated 2009 budget and incentive/reimbursement program. The oxygen lift was taken out of the budget. A small pay increase was improved.

New Bus. Marcia reviewed Appreciation Dinner letter for the Dec. 1 dinner/meeting. Location: Herbster Gym. Snacks: at 6 with dinner at 6:30. Jan Victorson will be the guest speaker. Past EMT's will be invited. Marcia will send invites to all past living EMT's. Pete will work on a slide show.

Up coming training: Carrie took a roll call on people who will be at the In-house training Nov. 13.

Marcia reported that the Toilet is now working in the hall.

Marcia asked to have folks review check off sheets. New calendar for weekly on-call will be on the table.

Marcia asked for folks to think about dates for up-coming refresher 2009 next fall or winter. The sooner we get some dates the sooner we can get our request to Cindy and get on the WITC calendar.

Supply list started. See and add to the list if you can think of any supplies. Cindy will go to town with the shopping list.

A Thank You will be put in the South Shore Connection. Marcia will write an article for the Connection.

If you buy gas at the station in Herbster record it on the sheet.

The new traffic vests from ARTAC are in the ambulance. If we need to buy more vests the EMS council will be making a mass buy. The protocols should be rewritten next month.

What date would we like the chains put on the 6-wheeler? Discussion followed about leaving the chains on all year. No decision was made. A tail light is out on the 6-wheeler trailer. Roger will look at changing one of the tires on the 6-wheeler trailer.

Marcia handed out old runs to review and discuss problem issues. We need to remember to get the times in on the reports. When an EMT gets to the scene that is the time we need to write down as a response. Place the run reports in the 2nd drawer in the file marked to be entered.

8:15 Laurie called to adjourn 2nd by Pete.
