Tres. Report Read by Tam

Pete Old Business: Protocol Books: Copies need for all EMT's. Tam will look into the EMS council getting more copies. The service may buy paper for coping if needed.

ABA Billing Services: Discussion on billing. It was reported that the bills are not being collected. Having the correct known amount on the percent of collected bills would nice. Some of the EMT's felt it was up to the town to pursue uncollected ambulance bills. We need to get as much medical information as you can even if it is a non-transfer.

WARDS: Marcia is willing to continue to imput WARDS. Frank, Rhonda, Gayle, & Pete have been imputing WARDS. Discussion on lead EMTs: The first EMT at the scene should be the lead. An EMT not finishing the run to the hospital should turn the lead over to another EMT. Discussion on Pulse Ox: It would be nice to have one for each jump kit. Getting a Pulse Ox before giving O2 would be great to get a base line. Motion: By Frank to have Dennis look into buying Pulse Ox. for each kit (not more than $500.00 each.) Motion: 2nd by Gayle. Motion carried.

EMS Week: Carrie and Marcia will take the ambulance to the South Shore schools for EMS week. Times and dates will be posted.

Refresher Training Dates: Discussion on dates and time of year. Pete will check with WITC with starting dates in January for 2 night s a week.

Ambulance Checks: No fluids check needed this week. The ambulance will go in for tire replacement later this week. State approved vender list saved the ambulance $70.00 per tire.
