March 7, 2011 Present: Pete, Carrie, Marcia, Frank, Dennis, Stacy, Cindi B, Gayle, Rhonda, Laurie, Tam, Larry, Town Guest: Judy Marcia read the minutes from last month. Carrie motion to except 2nd by Marcia. Motion carried.

Tam opened new account for the South Shore Area Ambulance. Balance $500.50.Tam reported on changes in checking accounts. We now have 2 separate accounts. One called the South Shore Area Ambulance. This is through the Town of Clover. The mailing address is the Town of Clover P.O. Box. This is the separate account that was approved at the February meeting. The South Shore EMT's Auxiliary needs to complete the paper work to change the name The bank is checking on the paper work for us. The South Shore EMTs now have there own PO Box 3 in Port Wing.

Pete reported on Leaders. The area hospital have not been open to Leaders Passwords need to be changed every 90 days. You can get in to the system from your home computer. Login is your Wisconsin License number and your password.

Ambulance search Horton is coming with a 553C from 3 to 7 p.m. (anytime in this time frame) on March 29. LifeLine can come up again if we want them. Discussion followed on the pros and cons of the different models we have reviewed.

New Business
1) Marcia brought up EMS week and asked the question about what can we do at the school for EMS week. Discussion followed. Marcia will check with the school for dates/times and activities.
2) Tam reported on mock rescue at sponsored by the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore at Meyers Beach this Saturday, 3/12/11 from 10 A.M. - 12 Noon. Frank will bring the rescue sled. Frank will talk to the Herbster fire department. Tam will be at the mock rescue and will let the Corny fire dept know about the drill. Dennis plans on being at the mock rescue.
3) Laurie reported that the bikers are returning to the area 7/12-13. Discussion followed.
4) Rhonda reported on Field bridge booklets. Discussion followed.
5) Pete asked if anyone is interested in having the Bayfield dispatch come and talk at next months meeting. Discussion followed. At this point there are no major issues. Anyone wanting to spend some time/ a day in the life in the dispatch is encouraged to do so.
6) Laurie asked about DNR forms and bracelets. Discussion followed.

Rhonda and Pete logged in the EMT's and passwords were changed. Rhonda reviewed Field Bridge with the computer with the group.
