Email Gayle when there is a run so she knows there’s one to be sent to LifeQuest. One person (usually primary caregiver) needs to take responsibility for getting run to Gayle.

Gayle reviewed Ambulance driver orientation. Discussion followed. Ambulance orientation for the Ambulance service personal will be at the April 2014 training meeting. Frank will check with the area fire departments and Laurie will review HIPPA training for the area fire departments. The information following is needed for the town and the service.1) Fire department ambulance drivers need to have Drivers Licenses and birth date for the ambulance for back ground checks. 2) Town of Clover: Needs to have W-2 and HIPPA training.

Ambulance check off sheets. Everyone reminded that 1st quarter is done. Sign up on the message board on the computer. There is to be only one ambulance check a week.

Gayle brought in a notebook for ambulance hall sign in to include washing the rig, changing the O2, changing the battery on the cot, etc… The notebook will be kept next to the ambulance checks.

Paul has spacers for the flat tires on the 6 wheeler. They will be put on next Wednesday.

Gayle reviewed basic hospital report – VMIT V= vitals M= mechanism of injury I= Injuries T= Treatment you did OR V= vitals M=meds/medical history I=Injuries T=Treatment you did

If anyone needs to fill an O2 tank see Larry B. Dennis reviewed O2 tank on the ambulance. There is a switch you can dial that will be a direct line/flow. DO NOT LEAVE ON. This will deplete the O2.
