John N-D presented a "plea" for help at the Corny Day event. He asked that we gather raffle prizes for the event. Any prize value is welcome. The date is August 8th. We should go to Ashland, Washburn and Iron River. Herbster, Bayfield, and Corny are covered. 21475 State Hwy 13, Cornucopia, WI 54827 is John's address in case folks want to have the donations sent directly to him. We are still encouraged to provide baked good for the bake sale. Linda N-D is the coordinator for the prize gathering. 742- 3279 is the N-D's phone number if anyone has questions.

Mike S, the new Clover town chairman came to discuss the services 501 (3) designation. A motion was made and approved that we dissolve our 501( c ) 3 status. Pete will take care of this with everyone helping find information that is necessary.

Discussion on by-law changes necessitated by the canceling of the 501 ( c ) 3. Suggestions for changes will be made at this meeting, with a vote for their approval to be taken at the July, 2009 meeting. Pete will contact members not present at this meeting previous to the July meeting. The document containing the changes will be sent to all EMTs before the July meeting.

Secretary's report was approved as written, with amendments. The lights and siren rule at the May meeting are incorrect. The correct version reads that if you are not violating ANY laws it is permissible to run lights without siren.

Each EMT will receive their own protocol book from the county.

New Business: Stuart Brent gave generous donation. EMS week went well. Dr Wesley requested that we all receive and review CPAP, defib and nebulizers before his June visit. Rhonda distributed copies of the necessary protocols.
