Meeting Called to order @ 6:40 pm Present: Joan Wilson, Dennis Swensen, Carrie Bailey, Rhonda Adank, Cindi Beckman, Gayle Gonsior, Laurie Gucinski, Pete Schenck.

Motion made, to approve August minutes with corrections made by Cindi, second by Gayle. Motion passed.

Old Business:

Power Point initiated by Pete regarding the 2009 Budget and proposed 2010 Budget. Discussion about amount paid for fire calls @ $20.00. It was proposed if a fire call lasts for more than 3 hours, it counts as 2 fire calls.

Power Point presentation on BAC-EMS Tam was absent for report. Anyone interested in going to the EMS dinner on Sept. 24th at Explorers Point, should go to [email protected] to sign up for the menu.

Tam met with Bill Bussey to see if he could work with us on becoming an organization. Bill needs to first check with Mike Siedel and the town, to be sure that there is no conflict of interest.

Laurie made a motion to approve the new by-laws as written, Carrie Bailey seconded the motion. All in attendance agreed.

New Business:

Flu shots and TB testing at meeting on Oct. 5 at the ambulance hall, then return again on Oct 7th to have the TB test read.

Wards review

Christmas party- Marcia S.will plan it but would appreciate help.

Laurie reported on the raffle.
