The purpose of this meeting was to elect officers and see where the banking accounts were. Elections were held: Frank was nominated for President and motion made by Marcia seconded by Judy. Judy Rosenwinkle was nominated for Vice President and declined. Marcia was then nominated for Vice President motion by Judy and seconded by Dennis. Tam was nominated for Sec/ Treasure , motion was made by Marcia and seconded by Judy. Judy Rosenwinkle and Dennis Swenson accepted to be a Board Member.

Committee on by laws was appointed. Frank will get the by laws from HVD and Marcia will get the by laws from PWVFD and then will proceed to set a set o by laws

Checking account has been changed, we now have our own account. Tam will get the update at the SSAA meeting. No events planned at this time. .We want to encourage others to join. Next meeting to be announced.
