Cindy, Pete & Tam reviewed: Ashland Bayfield Co. EMS Council Helicopter folks stated they do not want using MARC 1 as stated in the states manual on helicopter booklet. Call the dispatcher and let them know what radio channel you are going to use to talk to the chopper (MARC 1 or EMC-C) could be used. The helicopter folks do not want us to use hand signals as stated in the Helicopter booklet by the state. The chopper folks want to talk to us via the radio. Fixed wing is a possibility if a chopper can not fly due to weather or not available. Pete reviewed RTAC meeting.
