New Business: Emily is fully up and running as a new EMT. Others are waiting for their EMT license or taking the tests. W-4 forms are needed for the new EMTs.

No one should self page due to HIPPA issues. Gayle will speak to one Port Wing Firefighter and the Port Wing town crew about this issue.

Cindy B. has moved out of the area and is no longer running on our service.

On Call sign up regarding numbers of lines on the sign up site and if EMRs should sign up online. Discussion followed.

Driving the ambulance and insurance requirements: discussion followed.

EMT Refresher schedule discussion followed. 2 long week-ends in the winter was the 1st choice.

Run review discussion: Some one will need to take the lead after each run HIPPA sheets need to be signed each time you are called out. Patients can sign the on computer or a sheet. Even on a non transfer we need to have them sign and leave a HIPPA sheet. (except weather stand by or fire stand by) Leave a HIPPA sheet for even a dead person. Laurie is having a new HIPPA sheet proof read.

Marcia talked about T-shirts and/or sweatshirts for EMRs, and new EMTs.

Patti is the new town rep for the ambulance on the town board.

Ambulance will be going in to have an oil change and inspection at Jims Auto maybe next week or the week after.
